Fix Nr6. The one that worked for me (I had Norton Internet Security)
Do you have an anti-virus? If you do have one, and it has control over your firewall. I recommend that you either remove the anti-virus and download Avast Free Antivirus. CAUTION: Install Avast BEFORE deleting your other anti-virus program! You don't want viruses.
If you had a anti-virus and has followed step 1. If you didn't have an anti-virus which controlled your firewall, follow along.
 Open Start Menu
 Press Control Panel
 Go to System and Security
 Press Windows Firewall
On the left side, Press Allow a program or feature through Windows Firewall
(Requires Administrator) Press Change Settingsalmost at the top right corner
 Press Allow Another Program
 Look for League of Legends
Allow it on both Public and Private Network
Press OK and Exit out of Control Panel
If this did not help you or any of the fixes, I am sorry to say I have no more fixes.
You can try reinstalling LoL but that did not profit for me.
