U tom web panelu koji imaš. Mora bit to da napraviš mySQL bazu , usera i odabereš pw. Eh kad si to uradio:
Uđi u folder "includes" od vBulletin-a. Pa onda nađi file "config.php.new" , rename ga u "config.php"
Otvori ga u notepad-u i nađi ovo :
