Kako blokirati neku web stranicu ?

Zanima me kako mogu blokirati neku web stranicu tako da kad neko proba da udje na nju da izbaci neki eror, uglavnom da ne moze da udje ?

WINDOWS>SYSTEM32>drivers>ETC>hosts

u tom fajlu , otvori ga preko notepada, zatim dole ,odnosno ispod primjera gdje stoji x.x.x.x stavis ispod 0.0.0.0 imewebstranice , primjer za facebook
