potrazi an youtube malo sigurno ima neki tut ako se to moze ...

No, you can't and that's for several reasons:
a) Symbian^3 is not available yet
b) Symbian (mobile OSs in general) are not available as installable packages, they are only available as ROM images which only Nokia (or the phone manufacturer in general) can produce and release
c) Nokia is not in the habit of releasing software upgrades for their phones, only updates
d) Symbian^3's value is the updated UI with fancy graphics. Those will not work with your phone's hardware, you need Nokia N8 and similar, with graphics accelerator, to support those features.

nemozes, jer nokia n97 nije hardwerski jaka da poćera s^3, ali don´t panic, imas raznih Custom Firmwarea, pogledaj na DailyMobile.se forumu vise, ima dosta toga, ja to ne ganjam, i ja imam N97 mini, updateovan do zadnjeg updatea, i imam temu Anna, pa tako imam osjecaj da imam symbian anna 
Čisto informativno mrsko mi je googlati, šta je to ? To nešto kao operativni sistem ? Ak nekom nije problem da mi objasni.
