1. Provide a UML class diagram (10 points)
* at least 15 classes with aggregation and inheritance
* at least two abstract classes
* at least two interfaces (Java interfaces, will be covered in this Friday lecture)
2. GUI design in Java Swing (10 points)
* at least 4 screens using:
* JButton, JPanel, JCheckbox, JRadioButton, JTable, JTextArea
* screens should include:
* staff login
* view room availability
* enter new guest, or update existing
* book a guest
3. Back-end code in Java (75 points)
* at least 10 classes
* use files to save and read data (CSV or XML format, will be covered in the next couple of lectures)
* validate data at inputs
* at least two abstract classes
* at least two interfaces
4. Code comments (5 points)
Explanation of the program:
* Hotel staff member should be able to login using his/her username and password
* Staff member should be able to view all rooms
* Staff member should be able to enter details for a new guest, then save him/her (name, surname, passport number, credit card number, photo, etc)
* Staff member should be able to book a guest to an available room
* 5% bonus if you implement a calendar control, to view month and dates (you can find hundreds of them through google, one example is http://articles.techrepublic.com.com/5100-10878_11-1045263.html)
