Evo maloprije mi se prijatelj javlja sa istim problemom, kojeg sam i ja imao prije pola sata mi se isto pokazivalo, ali u roku od 5 minuta mi sve radi normalno.
Mislim da je do njih, ispravite me ako grijesim....

instaliras messenger 8.5 ili namjesti vreme i datum na kompu 
i vidi da nisi kake proxsije chacko ..

ali ne mogu ovaj izbrisati MSN da drugi inst.

This error usually indicates a permissions problem in the registry. The easiest way to correct this is to simply install the software as a local administrator for the machine, but you may have to edit the permissions on the registry key in question.
1. Click Start -> Run -> type Regedit in the run box, and press Enter.
2. Navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows NT hive.
3. Right click on the Windows NT hive in the left pane, then select Permissions.
4. Insure that the System account has 'Full Control'. This is done by clicking the System user in the top pane, then clicking to add a checkmark to the 'Full Control' checkbox.
5. Click OK to save this, and close Regedit.

Step 1. Re-register msxml3.dll
- Click on the Start menu, select Run and type the following:
Regsvr32 %windir%\system32\msxml3.dll
Hopefully, you will see a window popup that says: DllRegisterServer succeeded in C:\Windows\System32\msxml3.dll is succeeded.
Step 2. Restart your computer and sign into Messenger again
- Click on the Start menu, select Run and type the following:
