FIX for FATAL ERROR WS10″ (its about the xlive program) u have to manually install the xlive redis from the dvd u browse and u go to GTA IV folder then to the Redistributable folder and u install the xliveredist program afther that u copy the 3 files that start with the name xlive from (Windows - System 32 ) into the folder where GTA IV is installed and restart the comp then start the game (mine started) i have a low end comp amd x2 4000+(2,1ghz) 2 gb ram 667 and a 8500 gt 512 ddr 2 (oc by myself) and the game runs preaty good in low setting !! hope that this can help u guys !!!
