1. Access the OpenGL settings here: Start » Settings » Control Panel » Display » Settings » Advanced » Intel® Extreme Graphics or Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator Driver tab » Graphics Properties... » OpenGL or 3D Settings

2. To disable vsync, set Asynchronous Flip to On, and then click Apply.
